With the support of prestigious public and private, Italian and foreign institutions and of respected professionals, we organize, promote and arrange every aspect of exhibitions and events:
- coordination of the preliminary stages:
drawing up of the scientific project, bibliographic and archive research, coordination of the requests of loan of artworks
- drawing up exhibition projects, verifying the safety of exhibition premises
- prospecting and managing relationships with sponsors
- taking out “All Risks” insurance policies with “nail to nail” cover
- specialist assistance to lenders of artworks
- assistance with the editorial and catalogue
project in collaboration with the publisher

writing and compiling of ‘artwork handling’ sheets
For the packing and transportation of artwork we have designed a handling sheet to be filled in with each item’s technical and conservation data, documenting its conditions at the moment of packing and when the package is opened in the exhibition premises. Protection of the artworks during each stage of transportation is our top priority.
